Ґендерно-рольове питання в сучасних українських реаліях

Abstract

Gender issues are the problem of human self-determination, and one of the aspects of the realization of the universal good in society. During the XX – beginning of the XXI century, Ukrainian society was subjected to serious cultural and ideological influences (the revolutionary events of the early XX century, the Soviet period, the post-Soviet period – the development of an independent state), which contributed to the ideological transformation in the gender sphere. Global trends regarding the issue of equal participation of women and men in all spheres of life, and military Ukrainian realities determine the relevance of the research topic. The article reveals the ideological and socio-cultural foundations of gender-role manifestations in modern Ukrainian society and indicates the prospects for parity relations in the role sphere in the concrete historical dimension of the Ukrainian present. The paper uses the hermeneutical method for interpreting and reinterpreting texts and, taking into account the multidimensional nature of gender relations, the comparative method for studying the source worldview field and analyzing the situation in the gender sphere. Using the principle of consistency, when considering strategies and conflicts of formation and translation of gender roles, the socio cultural method is used. As a result, it is proved that the universalization of gender behavior is a new requirement of the time, a necessary condition for the universalization of gender roles, which positively affects the harmonization of human existence and the formation of a society of equal opportunities (gender – sensitive). it has been revealed that recently, consciously or not, people are increasingly acting on the basis of parity ideas. Ґендерна проблематика – це проблема самовизначення людини, і один з аспектів реалізації суспільства всезагального блага. Протягом XX – початку XXI ст. українське суспільство зазнавало серйозних культуро-ідеологічних впливів (революційні події початку XX ст., радянський період, пострадянський період – розбудова незалежної держави), що сприяло світоглядній трансформації у ґендерній сфері. Глобальні світові тенденції відносно питання щодо пapитетнoї участі жінок i чoлoвiкiв у всіх сфеpaх буття, та воєнні українські реалії зумовлюють aктуaльнiсть теми дослідження. В статті розкриті світоглядні та соціокультурні підвалини ґендерно-рольових проявів в сучасному українському суспільстві та зазначені перспективи паритетних відносин у рольовій сфері в конкретно-історичному вимірі українського сьогодення. В роботі застосовані герменевтичний метод при інтерпретації та реінтерпретації текстів і, враховуючи багатомірність ґендерних відносин, компаративістський метод при дослідженні джерельного світоглядного поля та аналізу ситуації в ґендерній сфері. Використовуючи принцип системності, при розгляді стратегій та колізій формування та трансляції ґендерних ролей, застосований соціокультурний метод. В результаті доведено, що унiвеpcaлiзaцiя ґендерної поведінки – нова вимога часу, необхідна умова універсалізації ґендерних ролей, яка позитивно впливає на гармонізацію буття людини та формування суспільства рівних можливостей (ґендерно чутливого). виявлено, що останнім часом, свідомо чи ні, але все частіше люди діють на основі паритетних ідей.
