Підйомне крило новели (метафоричний дискурс Анатолія Колісниченка)

Abstract

У статті досліджуються особливості метафоричного мислення одного з найбільш цікавих сучасних українських новелістів – А. Колісниченка. Мета роботи – проаналізувати поетикальний ресурс новели «Христа розпинали в матері», зокрема специфіку метафори як «предиката» висловлювання, що концентрує у своєму семантичному полі найнесподіваніші асоціації. Підйомна сила новели, зазначено у висновках, – густа метафоризація тексту, яка, однак, не блокує епічного простору, натомість досить тонко і точно його акцентує. Враховуючи слушні думки М. Гайдеггера стосовно того, що смисл твору – не кінечний пункт, а лише напрямок, висловлюється переконання, що аналізована новела обіцяє уважному досліднику нові й нові відкриття. The research subject of this article are the peculiarities of Anatoliy Kolisnychenko’s metaphorical thinking in the novel «Christ was crucified in the mother” (2012). The topics of the liberation movement and the identity formation with regards to Ukraine’s reality of the last decades and how it is interpreted by literature are important. The aim of the article is to analyze the poetic resource of the novel, including the metaphors’ specific as a «predicate” of a statement, which integrates into its semantic field the most unexpected associations. It was found, that the amplitude of the associative field as a condition for a powerful metaphorization is provided by a deep understanding of the own Ukrainian culture as well as other cultures, the paradoxical thinking of the author, his skill to grasp and handle the seemingly distant but in fact inherently related events, and to identify their hidden meanings. The methodological basis of the study is built on the ideas of phenomenology, hermeneutics, archetypal criticism and existential interpretation. The scientific novelty lies in the fact that this novel in terms of its genre and stylistic specificity has been analyzed for the first time. The research results can be used in the further study of Anatoly Kolisnychenko’s work, as well as in university teachings, where they will help in the understanding of the modern literary process in Ukraine. One of the main conclusions is that the ‘uplifting power’ of the novel lies in the dense metaphorization of the text, which, however, does not block the epic space, while emphasizing it elegantly and accurately. Taking into account Martin Heidegger’s thoughts, that the meaning of a text is not a final stop but only a further station, the analyzed novel promises new discoveries for an observant researcher.
