Особливості формування лідерських якостей в учнів основної школи

Abstract

Статтю присвячено визначенню особливостей формування лідерських якостей в учнів основної школи. З’ясовано, що особливе місце серед якостей лідера займають особистісні якості які складають поняття надійність. У статті припустили, що молодший підлітковий вік є особливо сприятливий для цілеспрямованого формування лідерських якостей. Описано показники дорослості молодшого підлітка, що можуть забезпечити адекватний розвиток взаємин особистості з оточенням, продовжуючи формувати лідерські якості, а саме: потреби в ставленні до них не як до малюків, а як до дорослих; наявність у підлітків прагнення до самостійності й бажання захистити деякі сфери свого життя від втручання дорослих; вироблення власної лінії поведінки, іноді всупереч дорослим чи товаришам. The article is devoted to the identification of the features of leadership qualities formation among primary school pupils. It was found out that the special place among qualities of the leader is taken by personal qualities which make up the concept of reliability. It was suggested in the article that younger adolescence is especially favorable for the purposeful formation of leadership qualities. The indicators of an adulthood of a younger teenager are described, which can provide an adequate development of the relations of an individual with others, continuing to form leadership qualities, namely: the need to treat them not as children but as adults; the existence of tendency to independence among teenagers and the desire to protect some spheres of the life from intervention of adults; developing their own line of behaviour, sometimes against adults or friends.
