Культуромовний аспект політичного дискурсу В. Зеленського (на матеріалі звернень періоду карантину)

Abstract

У статті здійснено спробу прокоментувати культуромовний аспект політичного дискурсу чинного президента України В. Зеленського. Актуальність дослідження полягає в тому, що культура мовлення публічного управлінця, зокрема президента України, є основним компонентом його культурологічної компетенції. Узагальнено, що політичний дискурс є відображенням суспільно-політичного життя країни, загальних, національних і культурних цінностей. Тому сьогодні поняття «культура мовлення» і «політичний дискурс» нероздільні. Зазначено, що доцільно розглядати політичний дискурс у межах політичної комунікації. На матеріалі звернень В. Зеленського як жанру політичного дискурсу виокремлено й досліджено найтиповіші мовні помилки в цьому жанрі політичного дискурсу періоду карантину. The article attempts to comment on the cultural aspect of the political discourse of the current President of Ukraine V. Zelensky. It is emphasized that the relevance of the study is that the culture of speech of a public manager, particularly the President of Ukraine, is a crucial component of his cultural competence. It is summarized that political discourse is a reflection of the socio-political life of the country, its general, national and cultural values. Therefore, today the concepts of “speech culture” and “political discourse” are indivisible. It is noted that it is reasonable to consider political discourse under political communication. Based on V. Zelensky’s addresses as a genre of the political discourse, it is identified and studied the most typical linguistic errors in this genre of the political discourse of the quarantine period.
