Творчий розвиток майбутніх вихователів у процесі образотворчої діяльності

Abstract

Статтю присвячено одній з актуальних проблем підготовки майбутніх вихователів дошкільних закладів – творчому розвитку як професіоналів у своїй галузі. На основі аналізу психолого-педагогічної літератури розкривається сутність таких понять, як творчість, творчий розвиток. Основна увага зосереджується на теоретико-методичних засадах творчого розвитку особистості майбутніх вихователів дошкільних установ у художній діяльності. Висвітлюються структурні компоненти (аксіологічний, когнітивний, афективно-мотиваційний, творчо-діяльнісний), критерії, показники і рівні сформованості досліджуваного явища. Також у статті розглянуто педагогічні умови творчого розвитку особистості майбутніх вихователів (створення творчого середовища, основними параметрами якого є прийняття, невизначеність, проблемність, створення позитивного емоційного настрою майбутніх вихователів в освітньому процесі, використання технології особистісно орієнтованого навчання). he article is devoted to one of the urgent problems of training future teachers of preschool institutions – their creative development as professionals in their field. The essence of such notions as creativity, creative development are revealed based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature. In article the main focus is on the theoretical and methodological foundations of the creative development of the personality of future teachers of preschool institutions in artistic activities. There are presents structural components (axiological, cognitive, affectivemotivational, creative-activity) criteria, indicators and levels of formation of the phenomenon under study are covered. The article also discusses the pedagogical conditions for the creative development of the personality of future educators of preschool institutions (creating a creative environment, the main parameters of which are acceptance, uncertainty, problematicness, creating a positive emotional attitude of future educators in the educational process, the technology of personality-oriented learning).
