Особистісні особливості працівників МНС – представників професійних династій

Abstract

У статті розглянуті особистісні особливості працівників МНС – представників професійних династій та їх вплив на професійну діяльність. Проведене дослідження та виявлені відмінності між групами працівників МНС та представниками професійних династій в інтелектуальній сфері, комунікативній, емоційно-вольовій сфері. The article considered personal features of employees of the Ministry of Emergency Measures- representatives of professional dynasties, and their influence on professional activity. The author describes the conducted research and ascertains some differences between groups of employees of the Ministry of Emergency Measures and representatives of professional dynasties in intellectual, communicative, emotional and volitional spheres.
