| Abstract: | У статті представлено результати аналізу проблеми професійного психологічного відбору в сучасних умовах. Висвітлено основні етапи, цілі та напрями професійного психологічного відбору. Також проведено аналіз керівних документів згідно з якими проводиться професійний психологічний відбір до МНС. The article presents some results of analysis on the problem of professional psychological selection in modern conditions. It highlights the main stage, aims and directions of professional psychological selection. It also analyzes supervising documents due to which professional psychological selection in the Ministry of Emergency Measures is held. |
