Бар’єри спілкування підлітків: психологічна характеристика

Abstract

У статті порушено питання спілкування підлітків в умовах соціальних та інформаційних змін, вказано на причини, що зумовлюють бар’єри спілкування (складність протікання важливих психологічних новоутворень, здатність до самоутвердження в різних соціальних інституціях та референтних групах). Розкрито психологічні чинники, що детермінують процес спілкування у підлітковому віці (естетичні, інтелектуальні, мотиваційні, моральні, установки, ситуативні), визначено (складено) умовний «портрет» підлітка з проблемами спілкування. The article deal with the issue of communication between adolescents in the context of social and information changes. The causes to communication breakdown and the formation of communication barriers are described. They include the difficulty of important age-specific new formation process; the ability to assert themselves across social and reference groups. The psychological factors that determine the process of communication in adolescence which are aesthetic, intellectual, motivational, moral, attitudes, situational are revealed; the conditional "portrait" of a teenager with communication problems is outlined.
