Реалізація компетентнісного підходу в професійній підготовці майбутнього фахівця в галузі дизайну

Abstract

Стаття присвячена висвітленню шляху ефективного розвитку вітчизняного дизайну як однієї з головних умов динамічної інтеграції України у світовий економічний простір. З’ясовано, що каузативом інтенсивного розвитку професійного дизайну є якісна професійна підготовка майбутнього фахівця відповідного профілю, під якою розуміється такий рівень сформованості його знань, умінь і навичок, професійно важливих якостей особистості дизайнера, котрий відповідає вимогам, що висуваються до нього як до професіонала сучасним суспільством, роботодавцями, його вмотивованість у власній професійній діяльності, здатність до саморозвитку та самовдосконалення. Встановлено, що якісної професійної підготовки майбутнього фахівця в галузі дизайну можна досягти завдяки реалізації компетентнісного підходу в професійній підготовці майбутнього фахівця дизайнерського профілю, що дасть змогу сформувати таку модель молодого фахівця-дизайнера, яка буде відповідати умовам економічного розвитку країни і зумовить його затребуваність на ринку праці. The article is devoted to highlighting the way of effective development of domestic design as one of the main conditions of Ukraine’s dynamic integration into the global economic space. It is found that the reason for intensive development of professional design is qualitative professional training of a future specialist of a corresponding profile under which it is understood such level of formation of his knowledge, abilities and skills, professionally important qualities of the designer personality, which corresponds to the requirements shown to him as to a pro- fessional by modern society, employers, his motivatio in own professional activity, ability to self-development and self-improve- ment. It is established, that qualitative professional training of the future specialist in the field of design can be reached, through realization of the competence approach in vocational training of the future specialist of a design profile that will allow to gen- erate such model of the young specialist-designer which will correspond to conditions of economic development of the country and will cause his demand in the labor market.
