Процесуальна модель політичної комунікації в умовах інтернет-простору

Abstract

The political communication processes have been one of the most relevant and actively researched subjects of political science for a century. This is primarily connected with the crucial importance of political communication and its the decisive influence on many social processes. Political communication is the basis of interaction between political elites and citizens, so there is a large amount of researches devoted to this topic. Today there are a number of procedural models of political communication that highlights the relationships between its elements. However, the nature of political communication has changed dramatically over the last decade due to the active implementation of internet technologies and the creation of a significant innovative online political space. The emergence of the internet as a resource for storing, accumulating and transmitting information has contributed to the spread of its influence on communication between network users, who are also active participants in political processes (for example, voters). The widespread use of information technology and the internet in particular has led to the emergence of a new type of communication. Internet communication is considered one of the most popular means of interaction between people and is actively developing, so it needs detailed research, including an environment for political communication. The relevance of the study is to supplement and expand the understanding of procedural models of political communication by taking into account the current conditions of the online environment. The rapid growth of the influence of the internet on the processes of political communication, the emergence of new elements, the relationships between them and other factors, the role of which is not yet fully understood, requires detailed study. The aim of the study was to create an innovative procedural model of political communication in the online space. To achieve this goal, the tasks were set, namely: to analyze the existing procedural models of political communication; to study the features of the online environment as a space for political communication processes. Also a number of research methods were used to perform the tasks, namely analysis, synthesis, systematization of data, abstraction and comparison. Процеси політичної комунікації є одним із найбільш актуальних та активно досліджуваних предметів політології вже впродовж сторіччя. Насамперед це пов’язано з вирішальним впливом політичної комунікації на безліч соціальних процесів. Політична комунікація лежить в основі взаємодії політичних еліт та громадян, тому доречно припустити, що цій темі присвячена велика кількість досліджень. На сьогоднішній день існує вичерпна кількість процесуальних моделей політичної комунікації, які детально відображають взаємозв’язки між її елементами. Проте природа політичної комунікації впродовж останнього десятиріччя кардинально змінилася через активну імплементацію інтернет-технологій та створення суттєвого нового політичного онлайн-простору. Виникнення інтернету як ресурсу для збереження, накопичення та передачі інформації сприяло поширенню його впливу на комунікацію між користувачами мережі, які водночас є активними учасниками політичних процесів (наприклад, виборцями). Широке розповсюдження інформаційних технологій та інтернету, зокрема, спричинило появу нового виду комунікації. Інтернет-комунікація вважається одним із найпопулярніших засобів взаємодії між людьми та активно продовжує розвиватися, тому потребує детальних досліджень, зокрема, як середовище для політичної комунікації. Актуальність дослідження полягає у доповненні та розширенні розуміння процесуальних моделей політичної комунікації за допомогою врахування актуальних умов онлайн-середовища. Стрімке зростання впливу інтернет-простору на процеси політичної комунікації, виникнення нових елементів, взаємозв’язків між ними та інших факторів, роль яких ще не повністю вивчена, вимагає детального дослідження. Метою статті було створення інноваційної процесуальної моделі політичної комунікації в онлайн-просторі. Для досягнення поставленої мети були визначені завдання, а саме: проаналізувати наявні процесуальні моделі політичної комунікації; вивчити особливості онлайн-середовища як простору для процесів політичної комунікації. Своєю чергою для виконання цих завдань була використана низка методів наукового дослідження, зокрема, аналіз, синтез, систематизація даних, абстрагування та порівняння.
