| Abstract: | В статті розглянута проблема виховання толерантності в педагогічних закладах. Толерантність є найважливішою і найціннішою якістю професійної компетенції викладача, дається характеристика толерантності особистості, а також виділяються педагогічні технології, орієнтовані на розвиток толерантності. Особливе місце належить діалогу і його характерним особливостям, де толерантні взаємовідносини займають належне місце. The article is dedicated to developing tolerance at pedagogical institutions. Tolerance is the most important and valuable quality of teacher’s professional competence. The article characterizes tolerance of personality, presents pedagogical technologies aimed at developing tolerance. An essential role is attributed to the dialogue and its typical features, where tolerant relations take a significant place. |
