Філософське осмислення глобальних проблем людства

Abstract

Постановка та актуальність дослідження пов’язана з тим, що сьогодні людство вступило в третє тисячоліття свого розвитку, епоху сучасних технологій, що посилило антропогенний вплив на природу та породило нові пандемічні проблеми й виклики, заго стрило увагу до традиційних глобальних проблем, розв’язання яких до снаги лише сукуп ному планетному співтовариству, оскільки нагальною є потреба координації зусиль усіх країн світу. На жаль, Україна знаходиться на вістрі згаданих проблем, свідченням чому слугують бо дай два критерії: з одного боку, скорочення середньої тривалості життя української люди ни, з іншого – окремі негативні демографічні показники країни загалом. Як пише український дослідник В.С. Крисаченко, «і для нас, нині сущих, глобальна загроза постає не примарою, а повсякденним буттям, із якого лише один вихід – змінити його». Мета дослідження – пошук шляхів формування нового мислення, нового ставлення як до людини, так і до її довкілля, на засадах якого і можливе розв’язання нагальних проблем при родокористування, гармонізація взаємин людини з природою, досягнення стійкого розвитку людства у майбутньому. Завдання дослідження полягає, по-перше, в аналізі ноосферної традиції В.І. Вернадського; по-друге, у висвітленні концепту ціннісно-смислового універсуму С.Б. Кримського та пошуку їх взаємозв’язку. Методи дослідження. Для вирішення поставлених завдань у статті використовуються феноменологічний, герменевтичний, компаративістський, культурно-антропологічний мето ди дослідження. Результати дослідження. Розглянуто ноосферну традицію В.І. Вернадського, який зводить сутність ноосфери до узгодженості процесів, які відбуваються у неживій при роді, що забезпечується механізмами саморегуляції, наголошує на тому, що узгодженість характеристик природного середовища і суспільства може бути здійснена розумом і во лею, що сприятиме збереженню на Землі умов для життя і щастя людей. Визначальним фактором, на думку вченого, є не стихія природного розвитку, а інтелект людини. Проа налізовано концепт ціннісно-смислового універсуму С.Б. Кримського, який мислиться поза природою, як результат співдружності природи і людини, продукт спільної еволюції пла нети і цивілізації, що створює етичний порядок. Цей порядок встановлюється в резуль таті предметної діяльності людини, яка співналаштовується не тільки з природою, а й з космосом, стаючи спочатку гео-, а потім і гео-космо-мірною. Обґрунтовано важливість і впливовість поглядів українських інтелектуалів на формування нового мислення, нового ставлення як до людини, так і до природи, розв’язання глобальних проблем людства. The formulation and relevance of the study is due to the fact that today mankind has entered the third millennium of its development, the era of modern technology, which has increased the anthropogenic impact on nature and created new pandemic problems and challenges, sharpened attention to traditional global problems. Strength only to the planetary community as a whole, as there is an urgent need to coordinate the efforts of all countries of the world. Unfortunately, Ukraine is at the forefront of these problems, as evidenced by at least two criteria: on the one hand, the reduction in life expectancy of ukrainians, on the other – the negative negative demographics of the country as a whole. According to the Ukrainian researcher V.S. Krysachenko and for us, nowadays, the global threat is not a ghost, but an everyday being, from which there is only one way out – to change it. The purpose of the study is to find ways to form a new way of thinking, a new attitude to man and his environment, on the basis of which it is possible to solve urgent problems of nature, harmonization of human relations with nature, achieving sustainable human development in the future. The task of the study: is, first, to analyze the noosphere tradition V.I. Vernadsky; secondly, in highlighting the concept of the value-semantic universe of S.B. Krymsky and the search for their relationship. Research methods. Phenomenological, hermeneutic, comparative, cultural and anthropological research methods are used in the article to solve the set tasks. Research results. The noosphere tradition of V.I. Vernadsky is considered, who reduces the essence of the noosphere to the coherence of processes occurring in inanimate nature, provided by mechanisms of self-regulation, emphasizes that the coherence of the characteristics of the environment and society can be achieved by reason and will, which will help preserve life and happiness. According to the scientist, the determining factor is not the element of natural development, but human intelligence. The concept of S.B. Krymsky's value-semantic universe, which is conceived outside nature as a result of the commonality of nature and man, a product of the joint evolution of the planet and civilization, which creates an ethical order, is analyzed. This order is established as a result of the objective activity of man, which coexists not only with nature but also with space, becoming first geo-, and then – geo-space-dimensional. The importance and influence of the views of Ukrainian intellectuals on the formation of new thinking, a new attitude to man and nature, the solution of global problems of mankind are substantiated.
