| Abstract: | . The article analyses some personal determinants of successful professional activity, specifying some of their gender features. It was demonstrated that the most important determinants of successful professional activity are positive motivation of achieveming success, clear and effective mechanisms, setting aims, high level of pretension and will regulation. |
