Роль комітету регіонів ЄС в процесі поглиблення європейської інтеграції

Abstract

У статті висвітлено питання, яке стосується комітету регіонів ЄС та його роль в процесі поглиблення європейської інтеграції. Створення зазначеного органу є проявом прагнення до побудови в рамка ЄС «Європи» на принципах демократії, децентралізації влади та субсидіарності. Можна з упевненістю сказати, що установи комітету регіонів стала одним зі стимулів поглиблення процесів централізації влади в багатьох європейських державах, про що свідчать численні дослідження конституціоналістів і політологів. The article highlights the issue concerning the EU Committee of the Regions and its role in the process of deepening European integration. The creation of this body is a manifestation of the desire to build a "Europe" within the EU framework on the principles of democracy, decentralization of power and subsidiarity. It is safe to say that the establishment of the Committee of the Regions has become one of the incentives to deepen the process of centralization of power in many European countries, as evidenced by numerous studies by constitutionalists and political scientists.
