Abstract

Сучасними тенденціями освіти є модернізація її змісту, форм і методів, розробка та апробація нових освітньопсихологічних технологій, появою нових типів закладів освіти. Ці зміни, у свою чергу, вимагають постійної роботи керівника закладу освіти над іміджем своєї установи та власним іміджем. У межах статті розглянуто найбільш вагомі складові, без яких формування позитивного іміджу менеджера освіти не вбачається можливим. Це, зокрема, тпрофесійна компетентність, загальнолюдські цінності, норми моралі, управлінська культура та технологія самопрезентації. Modern trends in education are the modernization of its content, forms and methods, development and testing of new educational and psychological technologies, the emergence of new types of educational institutions. These changes, in turn, require constant work of the head of the educational institution on the image of his institution and his own image. The article considers the most important components, without which the formation of a positive image of the education manager is not considered possible. These are, in particular, professional competence, universal values, moral norms, managerial culture and technology of self-presentation.
