Формування конкурентоспроможності майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників у професійних навчальних закладах сфери послуг

Abstract

У дисертаційній роботі досліджено проблему формування конкурентоспроможності майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників у закладах професійної освіти сфери послуг. Уперше визначено й науково обґрунтовано сутність феномена «конкурентоспроможність майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників сфери послуг». Науково обґрунтовано структуру феномена «конкурентоспроможність майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників сфери послуг» і його структуру (стимулювально-мотиваційний когнітивно-діяльнісний та особистісно-рефлексивний компоненти). The problem of future skilled workers’ competitiveness formation in vocational education institutions in the sphere of services is investigated in the thesis. For the first time, the essence of the phenomenon "future skilled workers’ competitiveness in the sphere of services" was determined and scientifically substantiated as an integrated dynamic individual’s characteristic, which reflects the ability of the subject of labor to present their professional opportunities in the market of services and win in a competitive struggle. The structure of the "future skilled workers’ competitiveness in the sphere of services" and its structure (stimulatory-motivational, cognitive and active, personal-reflexive components) were scientifically substantiated.
