Музично-педагогічна освіта майбутнього вчителя музики як основа формування професійної мобільності

Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблемі професійного становлення майбутнього вчителя в галузі музично-педагогічної освіти, формування професійної мобільності – як необхідної складової фахової підготовки спеціаліста, яка надає можливості майбутньому вчителю музики активно ї творчо реалізовувати себе в різних аспектах професійної діяльності, відповідно до характеру економічного та соціального розвитку суспільства. The article is sanctified to the problem of the professional becoming of future teacher in area of musically – pedagogical education, forming of professional mobility as to the necessary constituent of professional preparation of specialist, that gives to possibility to realize itself future music master in the different aspects of professional activity. A main trend of the development of modern society is socio-economic changes, the acceleration of development is scientific-technical progress, introduction of innovative achievements of science and education, updating of the informative and teaching programs. Pursuant to it quality and terms of professional activity of modern teacher change continuously, that requires from him, during all life repeatedly to master new methods and types of activity in a profession, quickly preceded on changes and successfully to adapt oneself to these changes, promote the level of qualification and education, operatively to renew the knowledge, flexibly, oriented in an informative environment, namely to be professionally mobile. The process of forming of professional mobility of future music master is directly related to the structure of professional preparation of students musically pedagogical species, determined by the specific of musical education and combines in in self psychological, pedagogical and musically caring out research directions. Professional activity of music master is multifunction, it has specific features. Music master simultaneously comes forward in a few roles: a teacher teaches children to bases of musical art, an educator assists education and forming of spiritual values of personality, as a musician propagandizes a musical art. This universality of professional labour of music master becomes basis on for his professional mobility.
