Abstract

The article is concerned with modern rhetoric and the laws of its development at higher educational establishments in Ukraine and abroad. It is based on the results of the in-depth analysis of the major trends in developing the modern rhetoric science at higher educational institutions in our country and the most remarkable achievements as far as the perspective, long-term ways of solving the current pressing problems in the mentioned field of studies are concerned. таття стосується сучасної риторики та закономірностей її розвитку у вищих навчальних закладах України та за кордоном.
