The concept of "multicultural linguistic identity" and methods of its formation as the development of conceptual picture of the world

Abstract

The article deals with the concept of linguistic identity, its constituents and methods of its formation as the development of conceptual picture of the world. The basic characteristics and different approaches to linguistic identity as an object of study are given. The article reveals the relevance of communicative methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language (RFL) and cognitive-active approach to the formation of multicultural linguistic identity of foreign students in teaching Russian as a foreign language. У статті розглядається поняття мовної ідентичності, її складові та методи формування як розвитку концептуальної картини світу. Наведено основні характеристики та різні підходи до мовної ідентичності як об’єкта дослідження. У статті розкрито актуальність комунікативних методів навчання російської мови як іноземної (RFL) та когнітивно-активного підходу до формування полікультурної мовної ідентичності іноземних студентів при викладанні російської мови як іноземної.
