| Abstract: | У статті викладено результати дослідження, націлені на апробацію моделі підготовки фахівців дошкільної освіти до роботи у поліетнічному соціумі Криму. Автором доведено, що впровадження моделі реалізації запропонованого комплексу педагогічних умов дозволило сформувати належний рівень компетентності. The article presents the results of a study aimed at testing the model of training preschool education professionals to work in the polyethnic society of Crimea. The author proves that the introduction of the model of implementation of the proposed set of pedagogical conditions allowed to form an appropriate level of competence. |
