Проаналізовано сутність цифровізації управління як процесу впровадження цифрових технологій, інформаційних систем та електронних сервісів у діяльність закладу освіти. Обґрунтовано значення цифрових інструментів для оптимізації управлінських процесів, автоматизації документообігу, моніторингу освітньої діяльності, фінансового планування та організації ефективної взаємодії між адміністрацією, педагогами й батьками. Акцентовано увагу на використанні цифрових платформ, хмарних сервісів, систем електронного управління, аналітичних інструментів і засобів онлайн-комунікації для забезпечення оперативності, прозорості та обґрунтованості управлінських рішень. Визначено роль цифрової компетентності керівника та педагогічного колективу як необхідної умови успішної цифрової трансформації закладу дошкільної освіти. Висвітлено основні переваги цифровізації, серед яких підвищення якості управління, гнучкість організаційних процесів, ефективне використання ресурсів та покращення якості освітніх послуг. Зроблено висновок, що цифровізація управління є стратегічним напрямом розвитку приватного закладу дошкільної освіти та важливим чинником прийняття ефективних управлінських рішень у сучасному освітньому середовищі. This paper examines the digitalization of management in private preschool education institutions as a key factor in improving the effectiveness of management decisions amid the current transformation of the education sector. The essence of the digitalization of management is analyzed as a process of introducing digital technologies, information systems, and electronic services into the activities of an educational institution. The importance of digital tools for optimizing management processes, automating document flow, monitoring educational activities, financial planning, and organizing effective interaction between the administration, teachers, and parents is substantiated. Emphasis is placed on the use of digital platforms, cloud services, e-governance systems, analytical tools, and online communication tools to ensure the timeliness, transparency, and soundness of management decisions. The role of the digital competence of the director and the teaching staff as a necessary condition for the successful digital transformation of a preschool education institution is identified. The main advantages of digitalization are highlighted, including improved management quality, flexibility of organizational processes, efficient use of resources, and improved quality of educational services. Визначено основні переваги застосування квест технологій, зокрема підвищення мотивації здобувачів освіти, розвиток критичного мислення, комунікативних і командних навичок. Окреслено особливості впровадження квестів у вітчизняній освітній практиці та їх адаптацію до умов українських закладів освіти. This paper examines quest-based technologies as an effective tool for gamifying the educational process in institutions of higher and pre-higher vocational education. The European experience in using educational quests based on interactive, digital, and problem-oriented approaches to organizing the educational process is analyzed. The main advantages of applying quest technologies are identified, including increased motivation among students, and the development of critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. The article outlines the specifics of implementing quests in domestic educational practice and their adaptation to the conditions of Ukrainian educational institutions. It emphasizes the advisability of combining traditional teaching methods with game-based approaches. It clarifies the essence of creative competence as a component of professional training for future specialists and identifies its key components. The potential of gamification to increase motivation, stimulate cognitive activity, and encourage creative thinking among students is analyzed. The role of soft skills (critical thinking, communication, creativity, and teamwork) in ensuring the effectiveness of gamified learning is outlined. This paper examines project management as an effective tool for managing a private preschool education institution in the context of current educational transformations and efforts to enhance the competitiveness of educational services. The essence of project management, its basic principles, functions, and potential applications in the field of preschool education are analyzed. The significance of the project approach for strategic planning of the institution’s development, organization of the educational process, implementation of innovative pedagogical technologies, development of human resources, and effective use of resources is substantiated. Emphasis is placed on the role of the preschool education institution’s director as a project activity coordinator capable of ensuring teamwork, communication with parents, educators, and social partners. The possibilities of using digital tools and platforms for monitoring, planning, and implementing educational projects are highlighted. The main advantages of project management are identified, including management flexibility, improved quality of educational services, the development of an innovative culture, and the creation of a positive image for the private educational institution.
