Проблема самовдосконалення викладачів фізичного виховання у процесі професійної діяльності

Abstract

У статті розглядається проблема самовдосконалення викладачів фізичного виховання у процесі професійної діяльності, оскільки сучасна система освіти потребує нової генерації педагогів, які є конкурентоздатними та мобільними. Впровадження у навчальний процес інноваційних технологій (інформаційних, оздоровчих, здоров’язбережувальних, рекреаційних тощо), перехід на європейську систему освіти вносять суттєві зміни і корективи у зміст професійної діяльності викладачів фізичного виховання. Підвищення вимог до педагогів вищої школи відповідно до світових стандартів орієнтує на неперервну освіту, зокрема на самовдосконалення, самоосвіту та самовиховання. The problem of self-improvement of physical education teachers in the professional activity is considered in the article, as a modern educational system needs a new generation of teachers who are competitive and mobile at national and international levels. Implementation of innovative technologies into the learning process (informational, health, recreational, etc.), the transition to the European system of education make significant changes and adjustments in the content of professional activity of physical education teachers. Increasing of requirements for high school teachers in accordance with internet ional standards focuses on continuous education, particularly for self-improvement, self-education and self-training. Initial conceptual provisions for self-improvement of teachers are described in the Law of Ukraine "About Higher Education" (2014), National Strategy of the Development of Education in Ukraine for 2012 - 2021 years.
