Економічна соціалізація як соціогуманітарний габітус економічної людини

Abstract

Стаття присвячена розгляду економічної соціалізації як соціогуманітарного габітусу економічної людини. Автор розкриває специфіку економічної соціалізації, пропонує нову дефініцію цього поняття, прояснює взаємозв’язки соціалізації та виховання. Робить висновок про те, що специфіка економічної соціалізації проявлена в поєднанні економічної соціальності людини та суспільства; в процесі економічної соціалізації формується економічна спрямованість особистості, яка сформована на підставі економічного досвіду, стійка, системоутворювальна підструктура особистості, що складає цілісний образ бажаного економічного майбутнього. The article is devoted to the consideration of economic socialization as a socio-humanistic habitus of an economic man. Socio-humanistic habitus is a combination of assimilation systems, reproduction and implementation of socially meaningful motives, structures, cultural patterns that determine stable mechanisms of functioning and interaction of society as a whole. The habitus determine the inter-subjective strategies of social agents' behavior, affecting social space through them, and at the same time they are influenced by the social structures. Habitus are diverse in their objective and subjective manifestations, but in general are correlated with the types of social practices: material-transformative (for example, models of production and consumption), communicative (stereotypes of communication, behavioral scenarios), cognitive (search and assimilation of information), value-orientation (moral settings, traditions, norms, ideals, values, philosophical standards, and aesthetic clichés). The solution of the economic, socio-political problems of Ukraine is organically linked with the economic person formation, their development, and economic education. The results of individual activity serve as the basis for the constructive transformation practice effectiveness in all spheres of the individual existence, therefore the further movement of Ukraine towards the market economy development depends on the degree of “subjective factor maturity”. The author reveals the specific nature of economic socialization, offers a new definition of this concept, clarifies the relationships between socialization and education. Furthermore, the author concludes that the concept of “economic sociality” at the level of an individual economic person expresses socio-economic relations, reflecting the specific type of economic system inherent in the country, and at the level of society it reflects economic and social relations of society as a whole in a certain historical period, may be extensive (as the number of economic activity areas in which people are involved) and intensive (as a degree of mastering economic activity in these areas). The specific nature of economic socialization manifests itself in the combination of the economic sociality of man and society, thus society forms an economic person, and a person, in turn, forms a society through the economic social experience acquisition, inclusion into the economic sphere of existence, and the system of socio-economic relations and their reproduction at the social level. Within the process of economic socialization, the individual economic orientation is formed on the basis of economic experience, the stable, system-forming substructure of the individual, forming the integral image of the desired economic future.
