Детермінанти трансформації особистісного смислу професійної діяльності

Abstract

The article deals with a problem of personality sense transformation of professional activity of specialists with different behavior strategies. The analysis of the ideas of category sense in the psychological theory of activity is presented. Personality sense is examined as one of the semantic sphere’s structure, the foundation of professional activity and important factor of its success. The author shows the process of amplification of semantic sphere due to inclusion of new objects and awareness of their meaningfulness for satisfaction of necessities. In the basis of our research, the sup- position that the psychological determinants of transformation of personality sense of professional activity are contradictions within the limits of semantic structures of one level or between the semantic structures of different levels of the semantic sphere of professional activity’s subject was fixed. Стаття присвячена проблемі трансформації особистісного смислу професійної діяльності у фахівців з різними стратегіями поведінки. Особистісний смисл розглядається як одна зі структур смислової сфери як стрижнева основа професійної діяльності та важливий чинник її успішності. На основі емпіричних даних, отриманих під час дослідження, виявлені та проаналізовані сполучення особистісних властивостей, які породжують суперечності між смисловими структурами та є детермінантами трансформаційних змін у смисловій сфері фахівців.
