Социальное взросление: бессознательная потребность в ритуалах инициации

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы регуляции процессов социального взросления с использованием ри- туалов инициации. Уделяется внимание проблеме интеграции результатов антропологических исследований в

социальную психологию, обозначаются перспективы углубленного изучения ритуалов как кросскультурного социального феномена. У статті розглядаються питання регуляції процесів соціального дорослішання з використанням ритуалів

ініціації. Приділяється увага проблемі інтеграції результатів антропологічних досліджень у соціальну психо- логію, позначаються перспективи поглибленого вивчення ритуалів як кросскультурного соціального феномену.The article investigates the issue on regulation of social maturing via rituals of initiation. Much attention is paid to the problem of integrating results of anthropological research into social psychology. The notion of transformation stage in personal development offered by C.G. Jung and the notion of ego identity crisis suggested by E. Erikson are

used as the theories allowing describing the ritual from the psychological point of view. The author describes corres- pondence of neophyte status in the ritual with the Trickster archetype in the paradigm of the Jungian analysis. The un- iversality of rituals in various cultures is regarded as an unconscious need for initiation. The article suggests some pe- culiarities of the rituals of initiation: availability of trials, experience of a significant deed, existential experience, gend- er ambitendency, arousal of subcortical brain divisions, formation of steady men’s unions, role and ethical moratorium,

competition and rivalry. There have been studied some issues of true and formal rituals of initiation which do not lead

to a qualitative change of self-consciousness. The article indicates perspectives of in-depth study of rituals as a cross- cultural and social phenomenon.
