Аксіологічні складові професійно-ціннісних орієнтацій майбутніх практичних психологів

Abstract

The study is aimed at reviewing the axiological components of professionally-value orientations of future practical psychologists. The carried out experiment has revealed that the most desirable values for future specialists in the field of psychology is “Happy family life”. This value is the most unharmonious, which is caused by separation from parents and formation of the need of creating one’s own family. Among other desired values of the surveyed future psychologists are the following: love, health, true friends, but values of aesthetic orientation are the less relevant for them. Future specialists on the specialty “Practical Psychology” consider such values as cognition, true friends and self-confidence to be the most available ones, because the educational activity gives an opportunity to expand one’s own knowledge, worldview, intelligence, and psychological knowledge and skills obtained by them help to increase the level of general culture, achieve inner harmony, etc. Besides, student age is time for active communication with peers, getting new acquaintances, which is why having true friends is considered as an available recourse. У статті представлено результати емпіричного дослідження основних аксіологічних складових професійно-ціннісних орієнтацій майбутніх практичних психологів, досліджено їх відмінності від аксіологічних професійно-ціннісних орієнтацій студентів спеціальності «Правознавство». За результатами аналізу рангів бажаних цінностей доведено, що в обох вибірках найважливішою цінністю є «Щасливе сімейне життя», при цьому у практичних психологів середні статистичні значення є вищими. Наступними цінностями в ієрархічній структурі виступили «кохання», «впевненість у собі», «матеріальне забезпечення», «здоров’я», «наявність вірних друзів». Доведено, що суттєвий розрив між бажанням і можливостями забезпечує мотиваційну сферу необхідною енергією і не призводить до гострих внутрішніх конфліктів.
