Проблеми соціального виховання дітей і молоді у теоретичній спадщині С. Ф. Русової

Abstract

This scientific article analyzes the theoretical work of Sofia Rusova, a talented educator and a leading public person. It opens up the views of the teacher-reformer on the problems of children and youth social education. Also the importance of social consciousness development of the younger generation is determined. S. Rusova defined the social identity development as the process and the outcome of the assimilation of cultural values and social norms, as well as the self-development and the self-realization of the society. Making a significant effort to form a conscious person, to prepare a person to active goals in the social and the political life, ―to develop a free man out of a student who is ready to serve a personal challenge and implementation of the highest humane ideal prevailing at the time of the citizenship‖ S. Rusova deliberately was looking for the ways of social pedagogy development in the Ukrainian educational science. У статті здійснюється аналіз теоретичної діяльності Софії Русової. Розкриваються погляди педагога-реформатора на проблеми соціального виховання дітей та молоді. Також визначається важливість розвитку суспільної свідомості підростаючого покоління.
