Характеристика та ознаки міжособистісної взаємодії

Abstract

The paper presents the results of theoretical studies of the "interpersonal interaction" concept in the psychological essence. The article identifies the characteristics, the specificity and the general features of the interpersonal interaction. In particular, it was found that the term "interaction" is used, first, to describe the real people’s contacts during a joint activity; second, to describe the people’s mutual influence on each other during a joint activity or during social activities. It was determined that all the components of the interpersonal interaction are characterized by reciprocity. In this regard, the interpersonal interaction includes the understanding of the interplay, interaction, relationship, interpersonal communication and integrative compatibility phenomena. It’s shown that the characteristics of interpersonal interactions include instrumental and situational ones. It was investigated that the components that characterize the interaction as a process are combined in a cooperative activity, information communication, mutual influence, relationship and understanding. The characteristics of the effective interpersonal interaction are: the ability to express people’s thoughts clearly and disclose the personal information about themselves; the ability to adapt to change behavior according to the behavior of a partner; the focus on a partner's ability to obtain information, etc. У статті подані результати теоретичного дослідження щодо з’ясування характеристики та специфічних і загальних ознак міжособистісної взаємодії. Зокрема, показано, що всі складові міжособистісної взаємодії характеризуються взаємністю і обіймають такі явища як взаєморозуміння, взаємовплив, взаємопізнання, взаємовідношення, сумісність та спрацьованість.
