Особливості підготовки державних службовців до аналітичної діяльності

Abstract

The article deals with general ideas of preparing government employees for the analytical activity in the system of post-graduate education and its main peculiarities. It is determined that the organization of the educational process has its unique specificity, which is conditioned by its physiological, psychological, social, professional peculiarities. It is defined that one of the main features of preparing government employees for the analytical activity in the system of post-graduate education is realization of andragogic and acmeologic principles of professional training. Generalization of the domestic and foreign experience allowed us to define the main ideas of training government employees for the analytical activity in the system of post-graduate education. У статті розкрито організацію процесу навчання дорослих, визначено загальні положення підготовки державних службовців до аналітичної діяльності в системі післядипломної освіти та обґрунтовано її особливості.
