Управление подготовкой студентов магистратуры на основе принципа обогащающего обучения

Abstract

The essential part of the research on the problems of managing Master’s degree students’ as future professionals training, aims to explore the organizational aspects of the Master’s degree activities. Collecting of the data on the current teaching experience is still being provided. The experience in managing Master’s training in Russia is still in its infancy and does not allow representing the in-depth analysis and making appropriate findings on the positive or negative learning at this level of higher education. However, now it is the time for in-depth, thorough study of didactic issues of managing Master’s training. The most contentious in teaching science is the problem of the principles of training and managing of graduate students’ training. There are no common classification principles, their unified interpretation and agreed position of scientists in using the principles. Значительная часть исследований, посвященных проблемам управления подготовкой студентов магистратуры как будущих профессионалов, направлена на изучение организационных аспектов деятельности маги- стратуры. Дидактические же основы осуществления обучения в магистратуре рассматриваются недостаточно. В статье проводится обращение к принципу обогащающего обучения как основному в управлении под- готовкой магистрантов. Приведены примеры создания обогащающего кластера образовательного процесса в магистратуре. Статья будет полезна директорам магистерских программ, преподавателям ВУЗов, колледжей.
