dc.description.abstractУ статті розглядаються особливості професійної діяльності викладача образотворчого мистецтва в на- вчально-виховному середовищі з позицій середовищного підходу, акцентується увага на організації середовищ- ного діалогу засобами мистецтва. .The article is focused on the peculiarities of Fine Arts teacher’s work in training and educational environment in the context of environmental approach; the emphasis is on the organization of environmental dialogue through art. It is determined that in contemporary art education, image perception is artistic material creating an emotional connection between a person and the outside world; it is a consistent formative basis. The present-day educational paradigm is fo-cused on the development of art and aesthetic education, everybody’s participation in spiritual values perception in ar- tistic and creative activity, which involves transformation of “the art of game” in “the art of communication”; creating a special atmosphere of aesthetic education. For this reason, the understanding of Fine arts teachers’ work is changing, its content and social interpretation are expanding. The review of the theory and practice of Fine Arts teachers’ work made it possible to find out the main trends in improving this activity, shift in priorities within the paradigm of contemporary art education, such as training orientation at values exchange, development of communicative skills through art. It is concluded that due to the increasing integrative role of image and sense meanings, the following tasks are set for a Fine Arts teacher: to facilitate subjection of modern school to transformative aesthetic activity as a unity of functional processes and environment; all the classroom processes should be subjected to one dramatic intention, one will aimed at its implementation; to consider art and aesthetic activity for “anthropomorphization” of environmental systems and its elements. Fine Arts teacher’s work on adjustment of approaches to educational process organization should be carried out in the following directions: substantiation of the strategic approach to the development of aesthetic and educational environment of a school; definition of essential aesthetic and dramatic topics corresponding to the style of educational institution; generalizing strategic integrative tasks due to focusing on the fundamental components of school environ- ment, the most outstanding moments of its development.uk
