Активізація розвитку мислення старших дошкільників засобами пошукових дидактичних ігор

Abstract

The article raises the questions of development of children’s thinking in V.A. Suhomlynsky's pedagogical heritage and the ways of introducing his pedagogical ideas in development of modern theory and practice of preschool education. The author analyses the latest research on the given problem; discloses the essence of the concept "extensive comparison"; substantiates importance of its formation for development of child’s mental abilities; determines the indices of development of senior preschoolers’ ability to compare. The article suggests the system of searching didactic games with riddles meant for development of thinking of senior preschoolers.
