Засоби професійного саморозвитку майбутнього фахівця економічної галузі

Abstract

У статті розкриваються засоби професійного саморозвитку майбутнього фахівця економічної галузі. Ви- ділено основні вимоги до сучасного бакалавра економіки, який повинен уміти оцінювати виробничу й ринкову

ситуацію, розробляти відповідні до цього програми розвитку виробництва, визначати перспективи його пода- льшого функціонування на ринку, виявляти проблеми в фінансово-економічній діяльності та розробляти прое- кти її інноваційного вдосконалення, бути конструктивним у професійно-особистісному спілкуванні у різних

форматах. У статті окреслені й більш конкретні функції фахівця економічної галузі, а саме: організаторсько- фінансова, технологічно-фінансова, проектно-планувальна, контрольно-оцінна, технічна, конструкторська,

соціальна, функція професійного самовдосконалення. Представлено також програму тренінгів підготовки су- часних спеціалістів економічної галузі до внесення нових моделей професійного саморозвитку в життя.The article deals with pedagogical means of professional self-development of future specialists in economic

sphere. The relevance of the study is conditioned by the fact that capacity for lifelong education and professional self- development acquires priority, as only that personality, who is capable of expansion of contexts of the professional ac- tivity, increasing personality experience, is able to operate effectively under the conditions of innovations. Summarizing

the results of the structural analysis of the content of modern educationally-qualifying characteristics, the basic re- quirements to a modern bachelor of economy are distinguished and systematized. He/she must be able to estimate the

productive and market situation, determine the prospects of his/her further functioning at the market, to reveal problems

in financial and economic activity and develop the projects of its innovative improvement, to be constructive in profes- sional and interpersonal communication in different formats. The article also presents more certain functions of econo- mists, for example, organizationally-financial, technologically-financial, project and planning, controlling and evalua- tion function, technical, constructive, social, and also the function of professional self-development. The teaching mate-rials for the realization of professional self-development of future economists are created and developed. They are de- signed to actualize the accumulated specially-oriented knowledge, create the conditions for the cognitive motivation

manifestation, which is directly related to the process of education and motivation of self-development, self-perfection

and self-realization. The presented program of creative training realization called “Model-innovation of modern econo- mist and businessman’s vital functions” involved preparing modern specialists of the economic sphere for the imple- mentation of new models of professional self-development in practice. The following subjects of training were offered:

“Formation of capabilities to comprehend the problems of innovation in economic activity”, “Content and judicial plat- forms of innovation: how to create an innovative model”, “Interactivity in innovation: influence of society and respon- sibility of economists”, “Realization of ways of personal self-development in the context of models-innovations of vital

functions of economists”, “Rationalization of strategies of developing creatively-economic abilities of students”. Train- ing promoted the ability to develop interesting ideas concerning optimization of economic development, to create the

projects of new types of entrepreneurial activity, to predict influence of personal innovations on the vital functioning of

other people. Implementation of the developed pedagogical means for professional self-development of future econo- mists allows to strengthen socio-economic potential of our state, to extend the activity spheres in the field of transfor- mation, innovatization, optimization of its economy.
