Біомеханічний аналіз фізичної підготовленості учнів старшого шкільного віку

Abstract

У роботі представлені біомеханічні показники фізичної підготовленості учнів старшої школи. В процесі педагогічного експерименту використовувався метод тензодинамографії, який дозволяв реєструвати під час виконання стрибка у висоту з місця біодинамічні й часові характеристики. Аналіз результатів дослідження вказує на певну відмінність між показниками учнів 10 та 11 класів. Зазначається, що показники біомеханічного аналізу фізичної підготовленості старшокласників дозволять корегувати форми і методи навчального-виховного процесу у ЗНЗ, для підвищення їх ефективності.The robot presents biomechanical indicators of physical training at the senior school.
