Психологічний аналіз професійної спрямованості студентів-педагогів

Abstract

У статті аналізується проблема професійної спрямованості студентів-педагогів. Розглядаються наукові позиції, на яких ґрунтується аналіз сутності, структури, етапів становлення та умов формування професійно-педагогічної спрямованості майбутніх педагогів. Обґрунтовується необхідність психологічного вивчення творчо-гуманістичної спрямованості студентів-педагогів у процесі навчання у вищому навчальному закладі.Most researchers consider professional pedagogical orientation as students’ emotional and value attitude towards the profession of a teacher, the desire to be employed as pedagogues at general and higher educational institutions; as professionally valuable teacher’s quality, the component of pedagogical skills; teacher’s reflexive management of stu-dents’ activity, etc. There is a number of theoretical concepts about the essence of professional pedagogical orientation, which speaks for its complexity and importance for understanding the personality of a future teacher. Professional pe-dagogical orientation has a complex structure, which consists of the hierarchy of teacher’s professional motives. Itscomponents are always changing and developing. The formation of professional orientation of a personality takes place at all stages of specialists’ professional development. The theoretical analysis has revealed that the third and fourth years of studying at higher educational institutions are the most sensitive for the development of professional pedagogi-cal orientation of future teachers, while the first and second years at the university are important for the humanitarian orientation of future specialists. Some psychologists and pedagogues distinguish the following important ways of form-ing future teachers’ professional orientation: 1) the formation of professional pedagogical orientation by means of teaching process improvement; 2) the perfecting of the extra-curricular activities; 3) organization of professional devel-opment trainings; 4) involvement of students into research activities, etc. The studying of the structure and dynamics of creative and humanitarian orientation of future teachers will allow to understand the peculiarities of professional devel-opment of future teachers’ personality.
