Abstract

У статті розглянуто особливості поняття «толерантність», розкрито сутність поняття «толерантне спілкування»; доведено важливість і необхідність толерантного спілкування в іншомовному середовищі та узагальнено й систематизовано сучасні методи і прийоми формування толерантного спілкування іноземних громадян. s

The author generalizes and systematizes the modern methods and tools of forming tolerant communication among foreign citi-zens. Basing on the scientific researches it is proved that rapprochement of cultures and overcoming misunderstandings are possible by means of upbringing a tolerant personality, ready for a dialogue with other socio-cultural community representations, his/her orientation to the tolerant communication.
