Рекреационная психология детства: достижения и перспективы

Abstract

В статье раскрывается, что рекреационная психология детства является одним из важных направлений современной педагогической и возрастной психологии, т. к. призвана решать актуальную для индивида и социума проблему сохранения психического и соматического здоровья детей и молодежи. Очерчены актуальные проблемы рекреационной психологии детства, раскрываются основные направления работы психологической службы в УДЦ «Молодая гвардия» (г. Одесса). Показано, что в настоящее время происходит активное развитие симптоматики, входящей в состав ПТРС. Данная тенденция обусловлена внешней ситуацией и ведет к развитию пограничных и психотических нарушений. У статті розкриваеться, що рекреаційна психологія дитинства є одним з важливих напрямків сучасної педа-гогічної та вікової психології, бо призвана розв`язувати актуальну для індивідуума та соціуму проблему збереження психічного і соматичного здоров`я дітей та молоді. Окреслені актуальні проблеми рекреаційної психоло-гії дитинства, розкриваються основні напрямки роботи психологічної служби в УДЦ «Молода гвардія» (м. Одеса). Показано, що відбувається активний розвиток симптоматики ПТРС. Ця тенденція обумовлена зовнішньою ситуацією і веде до розвитку пограничних та психотичних розладів у дітей. Child recreational psychology is considered as one of the directions of age and educational psychology, which studies the peculiarities of child and adolescent personality’s development in terms of recreation. Within the framework of the project with child recreational center “Moloda Hvardiia” a psychological service has been created. It performs psychological support of psy-chological health of children and youth in the recreational period and also introduces knowledge about psychological health to children and adolescents, forms the basis for self-development of intellectual and personal potential of a child. The stages of the psychological support are the following: 1) preparatory stage; 2) diagnostic stage, aimed at revealing problems and disad-vantages, which should be corrected or eliminated; 3) search stage, approbation of influence of different forms and methods of psychologists’ work in recreational establishments; 4) formation stage, aimed at mastering personality developing strategies of activity and behavior. During the period of work with children in the recreational center, the following problems have been dis-tinguished: adaptation problems (53%) are the most wide-spread. The most expressed problems of school pupils are over-anxiety and fears. Besides, some differences in the level of self-estimation among children from two-parent families and children from single-parent families have been revealed: children who have two parents are self-confident and even self-assured; those, who live in a single-parent family, as a rule are unsure of themselves, especially it concerns children from orphanages. Pupils and es-pecially boys often use physical aggression, which demands continuous individual work with such children, and girls as a rule use verbal aggression. According to the results of psychological support of children in the recreational center, it has been revealed that the most expressive troubles are problems with adaptation, lack of self-confidence, feeling lonely, fears, anxiety, difficulties with communication, internet-addiction, etc
