Система роботи з підготовки майбутніх вихователів до педагогічної взаємодії з батьками дітей раннього віку

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню проблеми підготовки майбутніх вихователів до педагогічної взаємодії з батьками дітей раннього віку. Виявлено, що умови глобальної конкуренції на ринку праці вимагають від педагогів дошкільного виховання високого рівня професійної компетентності, у роботі з батьками дітей раннього віку зокрема. Метою статті є визначення шляхів підготовки майбутніх вихователів до роботи з батьками дітей раннього віку. Схарактеризовано етапи підвищення рівня готовості майбутніх вихователів до педагогічної взаємодії з батьками дітей раннього віку. Серед них можна виділити: моделювання спілкування у майбутній діяльності, організація продуктивної взаємодії, створення умовного інформаційного видання для батьків дітей раннього віку.

The article is devoted to a research of the problem of future preschool teachers’ training for pedagogical interaction with parents of early age children. It has been revealed that the conditions of the global competition in labor market require high level of professional competence from teachers of preschool education, in work with parents of early age children in particular. The aim of the article is to determine the ways of training of future preschool teachers for work with parents of early age children. It has been established that the main tasks of the educational institution in working with parents of early age children are: the promotion of pedagogical knowledge for the purpose of improving the parents’ pedagogical education, organizing and holding extra-hour activities, which are aimed at mastering the pedagogical knowledge by parents. The main directions of interaction between a preschool educational institution and a family have been determined. According to this, the stages of improving the level of readiness of future preschool teachers for pedagogical interaction with parents of early age children have been characterized. Among them we can distinguish: modeling of the communication in the forthcoming activity, organization of productive interaction, creation of the conditional information publication for parents of early age children.
