Термінальні аспекти у ціннісній моделі соціальної взаємодії

Приводиться перелік термінальних цінностей в значенні елементів ціннісної моделі соціальної взаємодії у складі учбово-професійної діяльності у ВНЗ. Найбільш значущою для респондентів є реалізація творчого потенціалу і творча самореалізація, а найменш значущими – пошана з боку оточення, духовні цінності, б. The problem of social interaction is considered from the point of view of the leading terminal values as elements of its regulatory system (satisfacfion with professional activity, importance of professional activities, material wealth, spiritual wealth, realization of the creative potential, self-fulfillment, self-improvement and creative growth, desired social status, respect of superiors and colleagues, confidence in the future, etc.). It is found that the most significant peculiarities for respondents are the realization of the creative potential and creative self-fulfillment, however the least important ones are the respect of other people, spiritual values and desired social status. It is noted that the pursuit of one or the other of the terminal values reflects the leading trends in the social environment. The ways to focus on training students for social interaction are suggested. It is proved that the training for social interaction should be based in particular on the formation of the corresponding terminal values. The fundamen-tals of this formation should be based on the idea of functional systems.
