Формування мовленнєвої компетенції майбутніх фахівців соціономічної сфери

Abstract

У статті висвітлюються підходи науковців до сутності мовленнєвої компетенції. Визначено, що мовленнєва компетенція як основа спілкування є важливою для фахівців соціономічної сфери (правознавці, менеджери, психологи, соціальні працівники тощо), оскільки їхня діяльність безпосередньо пов’язана зі спілкуванням. Зазначено, що формуванню мовленнєвої компетенції студентів, як однієї з необхідних складників їхньої комунікативної компетентності, сприятиме організація професійно спрямованої мовленнєвої діяльності в межах психолого-педагогічних і фахових навчальних дисциплін у процесі професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців соціономічної сфери. Providing the Ukrainian language with the status of the state language has led to the solution of the problem regarding professional training of highly educated, highly qualified and highly cultural specialists, who have both a high level of professionalism in their field and skillfully apply it in practice. Taking into account the above, before higher educational institutions there arises the task of training future highly skilled specialists who will have solid knowledge not only in their specialty but who are also fluent in the state language in oral and written forms as well as have a high level of professional fluency. It especially concerns the specialists (lawyers, managers, psychologists, social workers and others) whose professional activities are related to interaction with other people, that is, who belong to the socionomic sphere.
