Розвиток управлінської думки: ретроспективний підхід

Abstract

У статті здійснено аналіз в історичному та змістовому аспектах проблеми управлінської думки переважно на засадах ретроспективного підходу. Продемонстровано, що дана проблема в науково-педагогічній, історичній та філософській літературі широко висвічена та представляє досить складні, а іноді й протилежні, підходи до розуміння змісту управлінської думки. Узагальнено різноманітні підходи в історичному контексті до розвитку теорії управління, опираючись на дані вітчизняних та зарубіжних авторів, починаючи з періоду Античності та закінчуючи сьогоденням. Запропоновано ряд принципів до аналізу змісту менеджменту, у яких важливими аспектами виступають науковість, здібності, професійна підготовленість та психологічна готовність. Також відмічено основні існуючі школи управління як запорука подальшого самовдосконалення системи менеджменту. The article presents the analysis of the historical and meaningful aspects of management thought mainly based on the retrospective approach. The auther underlines that the problem of management thought is widely covered in the scientific and pedagogical, historical and philosophical literature. This question is a complex of quite difficult and sometimes conf licting ways of looking on management thought understanding. Different historical approaches to the development of the management theory, based on the ideas of domestic and foreign sciences, beginning with the period of antiquity till nowadays are summarized. A number of the analysis principles of the management content, which include such important aspects as scientific character, abilities, grounding in professional area and psychological willingness are suggested. The main existing schools of management as a condition of further self-improvement of management system are also marked.
