Самоосвітня діяльність керівника закладом освіти як передумова інноваційної мобільності

Abstract

В статті розкрито питання про мету та роль самоосвітньої діяльності в управлінні закладом освіти. Визначені принципи, шляхи та етапи організації самоосвітньої діяльності, яка виступає ознакою інноваційної мобільності керівника у відповідності до політики Європейського Союзу щодо навчання впродовж життя. Проведене моніторингове дослідження з питань самоосвітньої діяльності керівників. The issue of necessity of self-education of an educational establishment manager, who works in the informational society, is illustrated. Peculiarities of the problem under consideration are examined, principles, ways and stages of the organization of self-education, which is the feature of the manager’s innovational mobility according to the European Union policy concerning the life-long education are defined. Monitoring studies on the issues of self-educational activity of managers are conducted.
