Емпатія вчителя та її вплив на розвиток інтелектуально-креативних здібностей учнів

Abstract

У статті розглядається поняття емпатії вчителя та проблема її впливу на розвиток інтелектуально–креативних здібностей учнів. Оговорюються питання керування учнівським колективом в умовах нестабільного емоційного стану сучасності, а також визначається позитивні та негативні особливості емпатії вчителя. This article provides on using an empathy abilities in the teachers’ work for high–qualitative development of intellectually–creative abilities of pupils. The article discusses visions of today emotion instability in the society, including the relevant problem of the quality general education of the modern person. The author finds it necessary to use empathy abilities of teachers for excellent work of the school collective and activation the intellectually–creative potential of pupils.
