Психологічна основа соціальної взаємодії

Abstract

Психологічна основа соціальної взаємодії визначається шляхом посилання на складові спрямованості особистості як системи стійких мотивацій, що як чинник життєдіяльності визначає її стратегію. Стверджується, що система особистісних устано– вок утворює основу стратегічної спрямованості особистості як психологічного утворення, похідного від бачення особою себе у кон– тексті відносин із певним соціумним оточенням. Стратегічна спрямованість особистості відображує індивідуальний стиль діяльності та загострення окремих рис характеру, які є наслідком вирішення постійних актуальних проблем. The psychological basis of social co–operation is defined by pointing on the elements in the personality orientation which is a system of permanent motivations that as a factor of the vital functions determines its strategy. It was confirmed that a system of the personality attitudes forms the basis of the strategic orientation of the personality which is a psychological unit derivative from the self–perception in the context of the relationships with the certain social surroundings. The strategic orientation of the personality reflects an individual activity style and sharpening the certain character traits which are the consequence of the permanent problem solving.
