Abstract

In summary, it can be stated that contemporary research on the bioeconomy and biotechnology entrepreneurship demonstrates a gradual shift from a narrowly economic understanding of these phenomena to their interpretation as complex socio-technical systems. In this context, biotechnological entrepreneurship emerges not only as a form of innovative activity but as a key mechanism for integrating science, the market, and policy, ensuring the transformation of knowledge into socially significant and economically valuable outcomes. At the same time, attention is growing to the sociocultural, institutional, and ethical aspects of its functioning, which opens up prospects for further philosophical reflection on the bioeconomy as a holistic civilizational phenomenon. Сучасні дослідження біоекономіки та біотехнологічного підприємництва демонструють поступовий перехід від вузькоекономічного розуміння цих явищ до їх інтерпретації як складних соціально-технічних систем. У цьому контексті біотехнологічне підприємництво постає не лише як форма інноваційної діяльності, а й як ключовий механізм інтеграції науки, ринку та політики, що забезпечує перетворення знань на соціально значущі та економічно цінні.
