Сучасний державно-правовий статус Гренландії

Abstract

У наукових тезах конференції комплексно досліджено сучасний державно-правовий статус Гренландії як автономної складової Королівства Данія. Проаналізовано історичні передумови формування автономії, конституційно-правові засади, систему органів влади та розмежування компетенції між Гренландією і Данією. Особливу увагу приділено міжнародно-правовому становищу, участі у зовнішніх відносинах і закріпленому праву на самовизначення. Визначено ключові особливості моделі автономії та перспективи набуття повної державної незалежності. The conference theses comprehensively examine the modern state and legal status of Greenland as an autonomous part of the Kingdom of Denmark. The historical prerequisites for the formation of autonomy, constitutional and legal foundations, the system of public authorities, and the division of competences between Greenland and Denmark are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the international legal status, participation in external relations, and the established right to self-determination. The key features of the autonomy model and the prospects for achieving full state independence are identified.
