Цифрова трансформація і реконфігурація гуманістичних засад українського соціуму

Abstract

Актуальність дослідження зумовлена глибокими трансформаціями українського суспільства під впливом цифровізації, що супроводжуються ризиками втрати людиноцентричних орієнтирів та редукції гуманістичних цінностей до інструментальних параметрів ефективності. В умовах зростання алгоритмічного управління та платформної влади особливої ваги набуває проблема збереження людської гідності, критичного мислення та етичної автономії особистості в цифровому середовищі. Метою статті є філософське осмислення процесів інтеграції гуманістичних цінностей в українське суспільство в умовах цифрової трансформації та обґрунтування концепції «цифрового гуманізму» як нової аксіологічної парадигми. Методологічну основу дослідження становлять соціально-філософський, аксіологічний, феноменологічний та критичний підходи, що дозволяють розкрити взаємозв’язок між технологічними змінами та трансформацією ціннісних структур. Застосовано також елементи герменевтичного аналізу для інтерпретації сучасних освітніх і соціальних практик. У результаті дослідження встановлено, що цифрова трансформація не є нейтральним процесом, а виступає чинником глибокої реконфігурації соціальної реальності, що впливає на структуру знання, форми комунікації та механізми соціалізації. Доведено, що домінування технократичної логіки призводить до загрози алгоритмічної редукції людської суб’єктності, посилення соціальної нерівності та формування нових форм контролю. Обґрунтовано необхідність впровадження концепції цифрового гуманізму, яка передбачає підпорядкування технологій цілям розвитку особистості, збереження культурної ідентичності та утвердження етичної відповідальності The relevance of the study is due to the deep transformations of Ukrainian society under the influence of digitalization, which are accompanied by the risks of losing human-centric guidelines and reducing humanistic values to instrumental parameters of efficiency. In the context of the growth of algorithmic management and platform power, the problem of preserving human dignity, critical thinking and ethical autonomy of the individual in the digital environment is of particular importance. The aim of the article is to philosophically understand the processes of integration of humanistic values into Ukrainian society in the context of digital transformation and to substantiate the concept of “digital humanism” as a new axiological paradigm. The methodological basis of the study is socio-philosophical, axiological, phenomenological and critical approaches that allow revealing the relationship between technological changes and the transformation of value structures. Elements of hermeneutic analysis are also used to interpret modern educational and social practices. As a result of the study, it was established that digital transformation is not a neutral process, but acts as a factor in a deep reconfiguration of social reality, which affects the structure of knowledge, forms of communication and mechanisms of socialization. It is proven that the dominance of technocratic logic leads to the threat of algorithmic reduction of human subjectivity, increased social inequality and the formation of new forms of control. The need to implement the concept of digital humanism is substantiated, which involves subordinating technologies to the goals of personality development, preserving cultural identity and affirming ethical responsibility. It is determined that the key role in this process is played by the education system, which should be transformed into a space for the formation of critical digital consciousness, capable of reflection, ethical choice and counteraction to algorithmic manipulations. It is proposed to consider the university as an institution for the protection of humanistic values in the digital age and a center for the formation of a responsible digital citizen.
