dc.description.abstractUnderstanding the problems of education within a broad socio-cultural context is one of the most important challenges of our time. Addressing this challenge requires turning to the fundamental origins of education, considering it as part of culture and as a culture-forming process of humanity. Such a vision of education underlies the scientific direction of integrated knowledge of education — the culturology of education. In contemporary theory and practice of education, there is a clear tendency not only to search for new approaches to its organization but also to develop an understanding of its cultural features and mechanisms that is adequate to modern culture and science. When modeling the image of a university graduate, most scholars agree that this is a person of culture — free, humane, spiritual, and creative, capable of flexible thinking, navigating in a changing socio-cultural environment, and striving for creative self-realization and self-development within the space of culture. All this encourages researchers to design education and develop innovative approaches and models that would most fully correspond to the new type of culture.uk
