Performing-methodological competence of future specialists of musical arts education as a factor in improving their competitiveness in the world labor market

Стаття присвячена феномену виконавсько-методичної компетентності майбутніх фахівців у галузі музичної освіти. Показано, що цей конструкт є важливою умовою забезпечення конкурентоспроможності вищезазначених фахівців на ринку праці. Встановлено, що ця компетентність включає вміння розробляти методи підготовки майбутніх музикантів до виконавської діяльності, спираючись на сучасні наукові дослідження. Серед таких методи: розвитку інтересу до музичної деталі, регуляції сценічного хвилювання, організації художнього спілкування та інтерсуб'єктної комунікації, розвитку творчих здібностей, уміння конструювати ментальні уявлення про аспекти виконання музичного твору. комунікація, музична імпровізація, ментальні репрезентації.The article is devoted to the phenomenon of performing and methodical competence of future specialists in the field of music education. It is shown that this construct is an important condition for ensuring competitiveness of the above-mentioned specialists at the labor market. It is established that this competence includes the skills of developing methods of preparation of future musicians to the performing activity, based on the modern research. Among these methods are the following: development of interest in musical detail, regulation of stage anxiety, organization of artistic communication and intersubjective communication, development of creative skills, and ability to construct mental representations about the aspects of a musical work performance.
