Вплив оновленої програми зі стрілецького хортингу на успішність виконання контрольних вправ

Abstract

Статтю присвячено вивченню проблеми національно-патріотичного виховання здобувачів середньої освіти в умовах воєнного часу сучасної України. Представлено нові форми, методи й засоби національно-патріотичного виховання, що базується на набутті учнями теоретичних знань та практичних базових навичок національної оборони й самозахисту на заняттях стрілецьким хортингом у позанавчальний час. У статті досліджено ефективність упровадження оновленої методики занять стрілецьким хортингом у позашкільну освітню практику як одного з доступних, безпечних і результатив- них засобів початкової загальновійськової підготовки молоді. Мета – дослідити вплив оновленої програми «Стрілецький хортинг» на організацію тренувального процесу юних спортсменів у виконанні контрольних вправ. Методи: визначення середнього арифметичного й помилки середнього; порівняння даних за тестом Вілкоксона; візуальний аналіз результатів дослідження через побудову box-plots. Результати дослідження. Емпірична база дослідження формувалася шляхом вимірювання результатів у трьох типових контрольних вправах: 1) стрільба з пневматичного пістолета; 2) стрільба з гвинтівки з повздовжньо ковзким затвором; 3) стрільба з пневматичної напівавтоматичної гвинтівки. За допомогою критерію Вілкоксона виявлено статистично значуще покращення виконання всіх трьох вправ наприкінці навчального року порівняно з початковими результатами (р < 0,01). Найбільше покращення спостерігалося у вправі з гвинтівкою з ковзним затвором – що підтверджує високу ефективність навчального процесу саме для технічно складних дій, які вимагають координації та моторного контролю. The article is devoted to the study of the problem of national-patriotic education of secondary school students in wartime conditions of modern Ukraine. New forms, methods and means of national-patriotic education are presented, based on students acquiring theoretical knowledge and practical basic skills of national defense and self-defense in shooting horting classes during extracurricular time. The article examines the effectiveness of introducing rifle horting classes into extracurricular educational practice as one of the accessible, safe, and effective means of initial combined-arms training for young people Purpose: to investigate the impact of the updated program “Shooting Horting” on the organization of the training process of young athletes in performing control exercises. Methods: determination of the arithmetic mean and error of the mean; comparison of data using the Wilcoxon test; visual analysis of the research results through the construction of box-plots. Research results. The empirical base was formed by measuring results in three typical control exercises: shooting from an air pistol, shooting from a rifle with a longitudinally sliding bolt, and shooting from an air semi-automatic rifle. Using the Wilcoxon test, a statistically significant improvement in the performance of all three exercises at the end of the school year compared to the initial results was found (p < 0.01). The greatest improvement was observed in the exercise with a bolt-action rifle – which confirms the high effectiveness of the training process specifically for technically complex actions that require coordination and motor control. The results obtained confirm the feasibility of implementing rifle horting as an effective tool in the field of national-patriotic education, which corresponds to the state educational and defense priorities of Ukraine. We also note that rifle horting, as a form of military-patriotic extracurricular education, has significant potential in improving the basic rifle training of schoolchildren. Its implementation is possible even in institutions with limited resources, as it does not require the use of combat weapons and is based on safe, yet realistic simulation of shooting situations. This approach contributes to the formation of a responsible attitude towards security, increases physical and psycho-emotional endurance, and is an important component of civic training in the face of modern security challenges. Thus, the results support the feasibility of integrating shooting horting as an effective tool within national-patriotic education, in alignment with Ukraine’s current educational and defense priorities.
